60% Palomino and 40% Torrontés (11.5% vol.)
The must obtained, by pressing the grapes is fermented in a controlled temperature process, at 17ºC, thus avoiding the loss of primary aromas.
Tasting notes
Visual phase:
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
Olfactory phase:
The aromas of apple and white flowers stand out.
Gustatory phase:
In the mouth it is fresh and balanced.
